When will my order ship?
Made to order pieces ship within approximately 4 to 6 weeks of purchase. While we aim to process and ship orders within these time frames, these are estimates only, and orders may ship earlier or later depending on production and fulfillment capabilities. Please note that all of our jewelry pieces are handcrafted.
Can I make changes to my contact information or shipping address?
If you need to make changes to the contact information or shipping address entered during checkout, please contact us at contact@araki-jewelry.com as soon as possible after placing your order for assistance.
How can I return an order?
Orders within France or Europe may be returned for store credit within 10 days of delivery. Refunds are not available.
If you wish to return an item that is eligible for return, please email us at contact@araki-jewelry.com to initiate the return process. A customer service representative will provide instructions for return.
Items must be in original, unworn condition, including original packaging, to be accepted for return. In the event of noncompliance, we reserve the right to deny the return and/or deduct a restocking or repair fee from any store credit.
Returns initiated beyond 10 days of receipt of your order will not be accepted.
Please note that store credit issued as a result of a return excludes any shipping fees paid in connection with the original order, and that all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

SHIPPING
All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. For orders shipped to destinations outside France, the shipping cost displayed at checkout does not include any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on the shipment, all of which are the customer’s responsibility. Araki Jewelry is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND LEAD TIMES
All of our jewelry are “Made to order” pieces, which means that they’re custom produced for you when you place your order, and are shipped upon completion by our jewelers, within approximately 4 to 6 weeks of purchase.
While we aim to ship your order within the lead time stated in your order summary, the actual time to ship your order may be longer or shorter depending on production capabilities and other conditions. ORDERS FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS WITH DIFFERENT AVAILABILITY/LEAD TIMES
If you place a single order for multiple pieces with different lead times, your order will ship when the entire order is complete and ready for shipment.
DAMAGE & REPAIRS
In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email contact@araki-jewelry.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.
We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
What’s Sterling Silver ?
Sterling silver is an alloy containing not less than 92.5% silver content.
How do I care for my sterling silver jewelry?
To prevent your silver from oxidizing, we recommend you do not swim, bathe, or shower in your jewelry. With all sterling silver jewelry orders, we provide a polishing cloth to maintain the finish of your piece. Storing your jewelry in a dustbag or box, with the polishing cloth, will prevent unwanted tarnish. If tarnishing does occur, gently clean your jewelry with the provided polishing cloth.
Does the jewelry have variations in shape, size or color?
We work with natural stones, therefore each piece is unique. Slightly variation in shape, size or color may apply.
